There is a formula that
Jesus taught, and has been in place for thousands of years. This formula is for spiritual awakening and
the spiritual awakened life. This kind
of life brings you to being free from all suffering. There are three kinds of suffering -
physical, psychological, and existential.
We all are aware of what
physical suffering is. It is when you
are sick or injured with physical pain, such as sprained ankle. There is psychological suffering, which has
to do with mental suffering, like emotional conflicts, resentments, or not
being able to be forgive, creating pain and negative conditioning. Often, this is the internal working of the
ego, also known as the separate self.
Existential suffering has to do with your relationship with God, or lack
there of. This is when one feels
distant, or casts doubts or uncertainty, or fear in relation to God, which can
cause us to experience feelings of discontent and meaninglessness.
The most common suffering
of the three is psychological, and it is important to be aware that God is not
the source of this kind of suffering.
God does not punish. Separation
consciousness and when we create a separate self apart from God, and the truth
of being is the source of this kind of suffering, which we do to ourselves and
to others. The solution is simple. It is getting back into oneness
consciousness. This is our goal. The obstacle is the separate self that you
have created in your own mind. This is
where the work focus needs to be. It is
really all about getting back to our hearts where God's truths and goodness can
be found. God is always there, and we are
one with God at all times, but we have built a wall of the separate self, the
ego. This prevents us from experiencing
the true reality of life. For God to truly
continue flowing through us, we must collapse the separate self. We didn't come to this world to acquire a
bunch of things and then die. We are
here to be awakened.
Let us embrace
awakening. This is your time and
mine. Let thy will be done for you.
